A treat for all ginger fiends, this jam has a real kick to it. Three types of ginger, fresh, crystallised and ground are included. Very good in tarts or add to an apple pie to add a ginger surprise.
The taste of cherry pie, with apple and vanilla. The fruit keeps its shape and texture. A delicious taste of summer.
Great with warm croissants on a Sunday morning. Delicious in tarts or sponge puddings. Also a great vegetarian alternative to mincemeat for mince pies at Christmas.
Strong pear flavour enhanced by the spices. Works well alongside cheeses such as stilton as well as with sweet dessert dishes.
This is a high fruit content, soft set jam. The plums retain their original fruit softness making this jam ideal for use in a variety of home baking recipes such as sponge puddings, tarts and cakes. But you may just want to enjoy it on a large slab of crusty white bread.
You can't beat it in a Victoria sponge or trifle.
Lovely soft set fruit with lemon juice to help retain the full flavour of the fresh strawberries.
Made with navelina oranges, ruby grapefruit and lemons for a fresh, light citrus flavour. This has converted those who say they don't usually eat marmalade. It also adds a delicious tang to Chinese spare rib marinades. A winner!!
A tangy fresh marmalade with a little organic Highland Harvest whiskey added to enhance the sweet orange flavour. A real breakfast time treat.
The sharpness of the ruby grapefruit is beautifully complimented by the crystallised ginger. Add to ginger bread recipes on a cold winter day, or a typical British summer day for that matter.!
A lovely, tangy marmalade, think of it as an orange jam really. Just delicious with a croissant and a good freshly ground cup of coffee in the morning or try it in a bread and butter pudding as a comfort food treat.
Commended in the Soil Association Organic Food Awards 2008.Strange as it may seem, this beautiful jade stone coloured marmalade tastes like gin and tonic! It would be a lovely topping to a New York style baked cheesecake if you want to be adventurous. Although you may have to stop yourself just eating it straight from the jar!
