Terms Content~Making a Purchase
To order any of our products please make your payment by one of the following methods:
By credit card, debit card or PayPal account via PayPal
Post - Print out the order form from the Checkout page and send it to us by post -postal address Glenroyd Organics, 208 Dodworth Road, Barnsley S70 6PF.
Payment must accompany orders. We can accept payment by cheque or via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use this option, Visa and Credit Card details are accepted). Please make cheques payable to Glenroyd House Preserves. For payments by cheque, orders will be despatched upon receipt of payment.

Delivery Charges

Please note we can only accept orders for delivery within England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands and Islands).

UK Mainland: Standard Delivery (2 working days):

• £4.95 less than £25.00 (i.e up to £24.99) sales order value
• £2.50 from £25.00 to less than £40.00 (i.e up to £39.99)
• Free delivery on orders £40.00 and over.

Please note: Delivery charge applies for deliveries to one delivery address only.
All deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of receiving your order and payment. In the event of a product being out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To ensure prompt delivery, please ensure that all names, addresses and telephone numbers are accurate. Our products require a signature on receipt, so please ensure that someone will be able to accept the delivery. If no one is in to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card providing a telephone number to enable you to rearrange delivery at a suitable time.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us as a result of the recipient being un-contactable or not responding to a card left by the carriers, a second delivery charge of £7.00 will be made before the goods are re-delivered.
Please note that if your order should become lost as a result of you entering an incorrect or incomplete delivery address when placing your order, we will not be held responsible for the loss.
For those customers that enter an alternative delivery address in the special instructions box that is not signed for (e.g. please leave in porch, please leave round back of property etc), Glenroyd Organics will not be held responsible if the consignment goes missing or becomes damaged once the delivery has been made.

Claims for Loss or Damage
Our products are both heavy and fragile so we take extra care with our packaging to ensure your order arrives in good condition. In the event of any missing or damaged goods, please contact us, by telephone, e-mail or in writing within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds and Returns
If you need a refund because the goods are faulty or different to what you ordered please return them to us within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us directly by phone 01226 730809 or by e-mail. Phones are manned 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We will arrange collection of the goods by our courier and refund the price you paid for such goods provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were when they were delivered to you.

Cancellations
You cancel your order any time before delivery and up to 5 working days after delivery. To do this, phone or email us. We'll refund your money, including the original postage, within 30 days. If you do cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense and you will be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit.
